Tillman Training BootCamps offer four weeks of commitment, effort and good times that provide the perfect kick start or power boost to your fitness regimen. We provide challenging workouts for people of all abilities in a fun, positive group environment. You'll do push ups, sit ups, sprints and squats. We’ll also climb stairs, race up hills, run through neighborhoods and leave your limits far behind.
We might run (or run/walk, depending on your ability). Or maybe it’s dips, decline push-ups (with your feet on the 2-foot wall), or our favorite burpees or squats. Cones and ladders in the grass generally indicate a combination sprint/calisthenics drill, where we may do an exercise such as sit-ups for a minute then sprint, skip or shuffle around the cones and back for another minute of something else. Anything goes in this fun and always exciting step toward your new level of fitness.

Our Coaches ensure that everyone is working out with the correct form and intensity. They learn what each person is capable of. They are there to teach, encourage and get each person to that next level.
The camaraderie and encouragement from instructors and other bootcampers is tremendous, and everyone feels included and supported throughout the workout. Every exercise can be modified or scaled based on ability levels or injuries to make sure everyone from beginners to competitive athletes gets the workout they need.
