A Little Bit About Us.

Robin Tillman, BA, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Nutrition Certified, NSCA-CPT, ISSN

Robin has over five years of experience as a personal trainer. She enjoys encouraging women of all fitness levels to embrace exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Robin leads several Crossfit Classes.
Robin graduated from Concordia University with a BA in Communications and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is currently working on her Master of Science in Human Nutrition.

Robin enjoys competing in sprint distance triathlons, running and trying to keep up with her three active kids.



David Tillman, BS, CSCS, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Nutrition

David has been involved in exercise enhancement for nearly two decades. He enjoys working with all levels of athletes and the "non-athletic". From professional athletes to "weekend warriors", David has assisted in sports specific programs, injury rehabilitation, pre-habilitation as well as general fitness and weight loss. He also works with various age groups in accomplishing their personal goals. David has assisted youth sports programs in both group and individual settings.

David graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a member of the National Stength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). David has earned several nationally recognized certifications including the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and several CrossFit Certifications.

David has chosen to use the Crossfit methods and principles. Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc. is proud to be Crossfit Cedar Park.


Nikki Isbell, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Nutrition Certified, NASM.


Nikki Isbell demonstrates her lifelong pursuit of health and fitness each and every day. Her involvement with volleyball, basketball, track and field as well as competitive dance and cheer remains a testament to the athlete she strives to be. Nikki has personally seen results from the CrossFit methods of fitness and nutrition and aims to take it to a competitive level. In 2009 Nikki was one of 75 females around the world to qualify for the CrossFit Games. A CrossFit Level 1 and Nutrition certified Coach, Nikki instructs all levels of Crossfit classes, CrossFit in the Pit Outdoor Boot Camp, and one on one Personal Training. Nikki teaches functional training and strength development for life and overall wellness. Her passion is helping others to achieve happier and healthier lifestyles and looks to create exciting, challenging, and adaptable workouts for all fitness levels. Find out more about Nikki Isbell at
