New Tillman in The House!

There is a new Tillman in the House!
Mike and Keisha became the proud parents of a very beautiful little girl.
On Thursday March 13, 2008 at 6:45pm Isabella Faith Tillman was born.
She weighed in at 7 lbs. 9 oz. Mike and Keisha are very thankful for this amazing
blessing. I can't wait to start teaching her squats!

Doctor Walding Does Crossfit

Brenda Walding is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc. and a dedicated to Crossfit.
She has been doing Crossfit for about 3 months. Dr. Walding has seen first hand the benefits of increased stamina, flexibility, and strength. She is no stranger to fitness. A collegiate athlete and division 1 soccer player, she rarely misses a class. Dr. Walding has even recruited her husband (who is also Dr. Walding) to join in the Crossfit Classes.
